Well the name may be because way back in time some people tended to understand euphemisms (very thinly veiled euphemism as in this case) perfectly well. And some people took strong offence of all kind of 'dirty words'.
The performance and album is about seventeen years old or so. A totally different world it was that we lived i then.

it's very hard to classify Di Meola's music. there is alot of latin influence, rock, etc...but you'll be safe if you go with fusion
