Gary Wright - Love Is Alive (Midnight Special, 1976)

Back

Keyboardist/Songwriter Gary Wright performing "Love Is Alive" on the Midnight Special TV show, 1976. Featuring a young Steve Porcaro {keyboards for TOTO, Herb Alpert, Pablo Cruise, Brothers Johnson, etc.} on synthesizers along with a rockin' lady cowbell player ;-) Awesome Minimoog bass. Enjoy this great song from the 70's decade of musical innovation & legendary songwriting.

I keep telling my kids about how bad their whole generation got screwed out of their music, and how they don't know it. What a joke music has become today, save for a few bands...
Pick one single year in the 70's and I guarantee more talent came to the forefront than all of the 2000-2008 musicians combined.
