The FD60S has all the innovative Fusion Series features in a thin cutaway dreadnought body with a solid spruce top and mahogany back and sides.

The thin body style found on all Fusion series guitars provides balanced tone while being extremely comfortable so you can play all night. They are responsive to your lightest touches and loudest strums, and the Alvarez System 600T MK II EQ amplifies it all with faithfulness and accuracy. The choice wood used for construction makes each one inherently musical with clear, articulate sound and amazing acoustic tone. They all feature a rosewood fretboard, gold die-cast tuners, a twelfth fret diagonal fretboard inlay, abalone soundhole rosette, and full ivoroid binding on the body, neck, and headstock.

The Alvarez System 600T MK II preamp and EQ adds flexibility and functionality to your sound. It allows you to fine tune the gain and response of the EQ sliders for ultimate personal-taste tone tailoring. The sophisticated notch filter that gives lock-down feedback control without killing the basic components of your sound while the built-in tuner keeps you on pitch. And you can use the aux input to add a second pickup to get the biggest response and best sound you could hope for.
